Conveniently located in downtown Jacksonville, Maceo 8’s Banquet Room provides a perfect atmosphere for any event with seating for 125 and beautiful hardwood floors for dining and dancing. The room can also be configured as a meeting space or classroom. There’s ample parking and wheelchair accessibility to accommodate your guests.

Rental Information
With our wonderful location to meet your event needs, our ballroom can accommodate up to 125 guests for ample space for seated dining, dancing and mingling. At Maceo’s , we give you the greatest flexibility in planning your event. Bring your own DJ, catering, décor…. Or we can provide everything for you.
Event Rental
There is a fee of $200 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your time begins with the start of the event and ends when guests and contractors depart, and breakdown completed.
Included in every rental
- 1 hour complementary set up time. Any additional time needed at $200 per hr
- 2000 sf of beautiful hardwood floors (no need to bring a dance floor)
- Round guest tables, banquet chairs, tables for buffet, cake and gifts
- Nightclub laser lights
- A full stage for DJ or presentations
- Overhead projectors
- Cash bar and bartender (no outside liquor allowed)
- Note: A 7.5% sales tax, $200 cleaning fee and attendant fee of $200 is applied to all events. Events running past 12:00 am will incur a late-night fee of $200 per hour in addition to the hourly rental fee. The latest time permitted in 1:00am
